Absolutely, there is a time for face to face meetings but the cherry picking, micro-aggressions, and insinuations that are currently going on are like some kind of turf war between management/HR and everyone else.

And yet there is a middle ground, as you rightly say, we’re willing to be flexible — why can’t the hierarchy?
