Finding a job you love is a prime directive, however the very fact that we all have to 'work to live' is the most troubling aspect of modern society - it forces many people to work, head down, monotonously, often quite disingenuously, for the majority of their lives.

And all for excess monetary advantage of someone else.

It's such a big question and this small comment can't do it justice. It's endemic, and we need to examine the root cause - the economic system - rather than the symptoms, which include unhappy work.
