I 100% agree that it was a mistake to go all in on gas, I’ve referred to that many times. Short-sighted market driven thinking in the extreme.

My major gripe is with politicians being slow to act (and primarily doing so for votes) and businesses being reluctant to sacrifice anything (particularly) profit in the name of ‘doing the right thing for everyone’.
