I am trying to be humorously objective and to lighten the debate a little as it's so divisive.

Most of the things I write about concerning EVs come from either my own experience, or that of friends and colleagues (as I'm not friends with my colleagues...)

Seriously though, I don't think we can fully qualify the lifetime emissions of EVs quite yet as they've only really been in circulation in any volume for the past several years.

I do know that battery replacement and repair charges are very high, even for what would have been thought to be minor damage, but would hope that's a fairly infrequent occurrence.

We shall see about the low carbon grids too, as we're only just being landed with the billions required to do the necessary upgrades from the utilities.

It's complex for sure.
