I can't agree at all, chatGPT is extremely good at predicting sentence structure in terms of vocabulary but has zero innovation or creativity - it's just the sum of its parts.
It just regurgitates in a human 'fashion', a chat bot something like a beefed up Eliza.
This has already been proven to some extent with its lacklustre approach to both coding and debugging - although it can reasonably predict the next part of syntax don't expect it to be doing any innovative coding, just verbatim cookie cutter constructs.
It's just statistics, not in any way intelligence.
