I don’t agree with the coding test. In my own experience they’re the same old rote questions, easily memorised, and there’s little interaction between interviewer and interviewee. They’re much improved if the interviewer has at least some skill and can talk through solutions and approach, but I’ve rarely seen this happen in practice — hence my annoyance.
