I don't see that as an issue, particularly with certain regimes due to security concerns. Already certain countries are having their code and hardware removed from infrastructure as a result.

If anything, with a global workforce, trust is going to become a very serious issue when taking on remote workers.

After all, the old adage is true, you have to pay for quality.
