I haven’t come across mobbing myself, but by the quality of management I’ve experienced they’d never entertain the notion that more than one person work on a single thing at the same time! Though, they’d go for just using one computer for half a dozen people, no problem…

Seriously, though, no-one truly works alone — we’re always talking about implementation, design practices, ribbing each other about terrible language ideas, sounds like that taken to the limit :)

I’ll have a look into it, see if anyone I know has ever experienced it.
