I often say I write for a bit of catharsis about the industry as, really, some things that actually happen you really couldn't make up.
The other part of it is getting it talked about, raising awareness, if it isn't exit interviews it's keeping up with market rates pay, busywork, excessive processes, bizarre company culture, pointless oh-so-many meetings, ... I'm sure you're familiar with them all.
Hopefully some change will come as a result of people who genuinely desire, for the good of all, it and I applaud people like yourself who are working for it.
