I prefer the monikers ‘practical’ and ‘realistic’. Unfortunately getting angry doesn’t solve much, though it does alleviate the pain of working alongside dysfunctional people — at least for a time.

Best just to get the experiences out there so we can bond, as a group of progressive engineers, swimming in a bowl of management-shark soup.

Anyway, that aside, the main thrust of the argument is that nothing much is ever done with the information provided — especially if it’s critical of the company and/or its management in any way. Therefore, it’s pointless.
