I pretty much believe that money is the cause of all negative effects on our progress as a species.

Personally I’m one of the post-scarcity, high technology, let’s put way more resources into R&D team and not one of the ‘let’s adapt capitalism’ (again). The system has worked well, but it’s failing us now and must be replaced (imho).
