I read them, I think they're pretty cool. Receiving one if I'm on an interview panel is nice, and so much better than the wordy dehumanised bullshit that I usually get from recruiters when they're wrung all of the individuality and character from any applications they're forwarding on.

It's more about the quality than the quantity.
