I wouldn't give a web designer a MacBook Pro, they'd just carry it around all day making sure it caught the light properly, or have it in the background when they're live streaming their coffee roasting...

Disclaimer: I have a MacBook Pro for work. My reason is that I've reconfigured Debian (or Gentoo, my favourite) so many times I that think I've done my apprenticeship at this point!
