If I had 1c for every time someone's said to be "we don't need requirements" or "do this but don't spend any time on it" I would definitely be sipping cocktails in the Hard Rock Hotel 24/7/365.

I can't believe how agile has decimated the production of quality software - if someone would have said a few years before that the new paradigm would be to embark on a project with no idea where you're going, to change direction regularly, and not document you've have been laughed out of the building.

Oh, and don't even mention the meetings.
