It occurred to me it's an endless vicious circle if an unhealthy work culture / environment causes you to seek counselling specifically because of it and then that's subsequently provided by your local HR department as a "wellbeing initiative".

A case of addressing the symptoms, taking the praise, and leaving the root cause well alone.
