It’s genuinely good to know that they can make a difference, you said a really key thing there — someone was committed to getting something done.

What motivated me to write this, if a little flippantly, is that most companies I’ve experienced (or heard about) are simply box ticking when it comes to exit interviews.

Reading some of the positive comments have given me some hope — though I’m still disappointed that someone has to resign in a bad situation in order to kick off a process to change things.
