It's so telling that the people wanting return back to the pre-pandemic are those who have based their careers on presenteeism, surveillance, and everything to do with people management.

Thing is, those skills are just based on distrust of employees and 'people management' skills taught to management are so outdated it hurts to look through their materials.

If anything, courses are worse, online only, and lack actual interaction with real people too.

What a world we live in!
