I've seen customers request to see the background and CVs of developers from the consulting company but it's pretty much just box ticking yet again, very little due diligence at all.

Bizarre really, how much more efficiency (and fun) the industry could be - it's like it settles into the least effort maximum monetisation strategy for management!
