Lots to unpick there, but to give a comprehensive comment I think I’d probably write an essay! Interesting views, nonetheless and I’m sure I’ll take your comments as motivation to explore things further in the future. As you say, it’s important to share material — it’s how we all grow, after all.

(I do have to say that I’m not a terribly damaged software type that’s had an awful run of it, but I have seen the same scenarios play out across quite a wide range of diverse places. Software engineering is a real microcosm of humanity.)
