Not really, I make no secret of my criticism of the enforced team building and mandatory fun that us engineers have to endure on a regular basis when all we need is to be paid fairly and pretty much left alone for most of the time - so we can actually get some work done.
What I try to do is to explain through (slight) exaggeration and nauseatingly bad attempts at humour how utterly nonsensical working in software engineerings has become.
At the bottom of each article are tags, they describe the spirit in which the article is to be read and some guidance as to where it's aimed to fit in.
Software engineers is most definitely not a social activity, unless you're an agile evangelist of course.
