Nothing annoys me more, as a software engineer, than the swathes of company employees who sit around doing pretty much nothing all day.

I'd sack them all, to be completely honest, and push on to see what happens next. We're stuck in this malaise of inefficiency caused by the sheer density of bullshit jobs and I don't think it's something we should allow to continue.
