Oh my life, been there and done that so many times.

I hate being involved in the process from either side, it's an utter clown show from start to finish and even worse when you go up against uninformed and repeated ghosting recruiters and clueless hiring managers.

But, if you want a job, or you want an employee, you have to game the system and use it to your advantage. There are good people buried deep on both sides, it's just a matter of finding them.

Mass applications, AI drivel, leetcode pretenders, all of that isn't a valid approach - it just makes things worse.
