Perhaps, but current projections show that nowhere near enough infrastructure is being built and (as I mention) we're just replacing cars with cars.
With regard to Russian oil, it's still being sold to other countries and apparently its gas is just shipped roundabout as LNG.
My main point is that the push to decarbonise is creating huge economic problems and most likely isn't itself sustainable at the current pace.
More thought is required, not just a headlong rush to green for votes as that will run out when the effects really start to bite in terms of energy costs, heating your home, and being able to travel.
