Thanks Charles, times are do different now indeed - everything's gone up a notch in terms of the hoops job seekers have to jump through and the sheer volume that employers (and recruiters) have to sort through and LinkedIn is hardly helping!

I'm not a coding interview person at all, you're exactly right - skills can't be gauged in that way and I decline all the roles that involve them these days. I'd settle for an intelligent conversation any day!
