I think the ideal of agile is an unattainable thing and only the most devout of followers can make it work in practice - though I'm sure many agile fanatics will, of course, call me a heretic. It just feels so wrong when there's so many rules, so much dogma, that pretty much everyone I've ever seen 'using' it has cheated so's not to actually use it!

Fug is a great word, one good definition is " a stuffy or malodorous emanation" - I like to think of it as a smoky, stuffy room, choking and hard to move around it :)
