Thanks. It just bothers me so much that it took a pandemic to cement that working from home is not only viable, but better in the majority of cases.

The whole return to office thing is just about habit, control, and keeping a lot of managerial dead wood in the same old positions.

If anything, forward looking companies should be looking to minimise fuel usage, save costs for their employees, and suchlike because of the situation in Europe right now.

Time for employers to step up and lead by example for a change instead of being being shamed into it or forced to do it by law.
