I don't need to 'sprint' toward it, buy some Post-Its, and hire an expensive consultant with a pack of playing cards and a laminated certificate to tell everyone what to do either...

Give me a well thought out requirements document, a good design, a sensible technical team leader, and cancel that Jira subscription!

(For larger projects I'd just break them down into smaller decoupled components. I'm a lover of flow charts too.)
