The way that employers engage with their employees is just fundamentally wrong and it’s something I intend to go into in more detail at some point.

Everything seems structured around formal procedures — edicts by HR, company events, exit interviews, ‘anonymous’ questionnaires, and suchlike.

Procedures, process, and people are all in the way of clear (and consequence free) communication.
