This isn’t written written with a view of one specific role, more a semi-humorous look at the way in which the whole software development industry has been bloated out (like many, many others) to become one populated with many busywork obsessed individuals hanging on and making a living from the real people that do the actual work.

I have a lot to say about bad management, fuel for at least another few years — but suffice it to say I don’t believe a single word they say.
