Whenever we hear from people about their experiences in difficult work situations it’s important to remember that companies are effectively renting their time. They’re free agents at the end of the every day.

Time, and the associated experience and qualifications it brings along with it, is extremely valuable and we should all think carefully who we rent it to as we only have so much of it.

I guess, like Brexit, everything’s some kind of trade off…
